Rather, it is a collection of thoughts and wisdom gathered from a few carefully chosen moments that changed my life. It is a light-hearted glance back thru years of thrilling adventures, relationships, successes, and a few set-backs that define a lifelong career.

“The sun glistens off the water, like a million diamonds, as her ketch plies the shallows off Sandy Point. The shaggy spine of Abaco island stretches out across her port side as if rising out of the waves, while her bow cuts a frothy wake through the bight where Laura will weigh anchor.
Clinging to the forestay, her attention is focused on the surface features – the subtle difference between the crystal clear Caribbean waters, and the shadowy bottom growth that indicates a rock, or a coral head. The sun is at its apex, beating down on her uncovered body. The pungent smell of the vegetation on Abaco fills her nostrils, while the calls of the cormorants prick her ears… Land!”
